who we are

Strive was founded in 2011 by a group of health science students driven by their passion to do more than study; they had the vision to provide high quality, accessible health care to the public.

Over years this passion has evolved into a growing, independent, multi-disciplinary health initiative with a simple goal we can all strive towards — to improve public health and empower future health professionals.

What we do

Our clinic provides healthcare for disadvantaged communities in Melbourne, Victoria. The clinic involves a multidisciplinary team of students, and is supervised by clinicians.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES

Community Engagement (CE) aims to foster lasting relationships with the community through initiatives that reach various demographics. We aim to do this by delivering community-based projects that allow university students to promote health in their local communities. We also hope to empower university students through health education and career development, to foster the growth of Australia’s future healthcare professionals.
